BUILD Idea Award: 2011

Innovative solar pump for the "Aid to Self-help" wins:

The start-up centre build! organises a competition annually, where new ideas, services, products or sustainable innovations are recognised. The overall goal is to promote thedevelopment of ideas and to transform them into sustainable start-up projects. 

The winner for 2011, Dietmar Stuck Jr, was awarded first place for his innovative idea of a maintenance-free  NSP Solar Pump for the securing of a supply of drinking water as part of the theme "Water is Life" in developing countries.
